🏠 New Roof Restoration Project Underway 🏠

Another exciting transformation has begun as Dynamic Projects starts the process of rubberising this tiled roof using the approved Ultraflex Liquid Rubber waterproofing system.

A successful waterproofing application starts long before the first coat is applied. Correct preparation is the key to achieving a durable, long-lasting finish.

✅ Preparation completed:
• Full soft wash treatment completed
• Roof thoroughly rinsed and cleaned
• Surface primed to ensure maximum adhesion
• Detailed preparation works commenced

The application process has started using Ultraflex Liquid Rubber with Thickn-It agent, creating a flexible, seamless waterproofing system designed to protect and extend the lifespan of the roof.

As an approved Ultraflex
contractor, Dynamic Projects follows the correct application procedures and manufacturer specifications to ensure a quality finish built to last.

As a proud **Dulux Accredited Applicator**, Dynamic Projects delivers high-end coating solutions built to protect, preserve, and last.

This project was completed using a premium specification designed specifically for a challenging coastal environment, where correct preparation and product selection are essential.

✅ **Preparation works:**
• Surface repairs completed using **Sika MonoTop repair products**
• Detailed preparation to ensure a sound and durable substrate

✅ **Premium coating system applied:**
• **2 coats Dulux Pre-Paint Damp Shield** for moisture protection
• **3 coats Dulux Rainshield** applied to horizontal and sloping horizontal surfaces for enhanced weather resistance
• **2 coats Dulux Wall Clad** to external surfaces
• Full rinsing between applications due to the coastal location and environmental exposure
