Truth: Most mothers can produce enough breastmilk

Most mothers can make more than enough milk for their baby (or babies!). Indeed, having too much breastmilk is common. If a mother has a low milk supply it is usually because her baby is not feeding often enough, or the baby is not feeding effectively.

Today is International Day of the Midwife ...
a day on which I look back with fondness at the midwives, mothers and babies who have taught, guided and supported me and those in turn whom I have taught, guided and supported ...
and most importantly those midwives who have helped me birth my own babies >3 >3 >3
