It makes us proud to be part of a small group of industry professionals that continue to search for new ways to solve problems.

For this project we were happy to explore the possibilities and benefits of the Posi-Rafter system and once implemented, made us one of the first to use this system in South Africa.

The systems selection came at a time when structural steel prices were sky-high and the need for open and flexible spaces were a non-negotiable design constraint.

We love using timber as a building material and the Posi system allowed us to satisfy all our structural constraints whilst also tying other uses of timber throughout this cozy mixed-use building.
