THREE MONTHS
The last few months have been filled with lots of exciting partnerships, from organizing fun team days to helping teams manage conflict, addressing miscommunication between supervisors and their teams, leadership development to help equip junior staff to step into more senior roles and personality assessments to help teams understand themselves and their colleagues better.
