ZOOITIANS on site for the second week of Phase 2 venture creation training

Purpose of this qualification is to provide entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in the small, medium and micro enterprise (SMME) sector with the technical, business, managerial and personal skills to create and sustain a business. The qualification is part of the National Qualification Framework and is available to individuals who do not have formal training and are working in, or wish to work in or manage a SMME business.

The Zooi and VTSD Hyper team collaborated on Nelson Mandela day to give the most valued gift to the children of Thakaneng Children and Youth Centre in Potchefstroom, North West Province. With the assistance of the Project manager and Social worker of the Centre, our teams spent half a day at the centre preparing lunch, dishing up, and cleaning up before playing soccer and netball with them. Thakaneng accommodates about 38 children who are full time residents at the Centre. In addition there are about 50 to 60 children who come in on daily basis for lunch and homeworks. "We make a living by what we get, we make life by what we give" Winston S. Churchill. We did not only share our love, we also received love from the precious little ones.
