Before this lands as a judgment about judgmental people, sit with the personal version of it for a second.

Most of us have been that person. Overly critical of a choice someone else made, a little too quick to have an opinion, harder on others during seasons when we were hardest on ourselves. The non-conscious mind routes unprocessed pain somewhere. Outward criticism is one of the most common places it goes.

Shame is heavy. And the mind doesn't always know how to carry it directly, so it redistributes it. Finds fault elsewhere. Keeps busy. Stays loud.

The path through isn't more self-criticism. It's curiosity; what is the judgment actually pointing at? What's unresolved? That's where the real, hard, emotional work is.

You're more self-aware than you think for even reading this far.

If someone came to mind while reading this, share it with them gently. Or if this is you, you don't need to feel shame. We all have to grow and improve in this life. 💛

Good morning!

If you know of a business that has been losing staff, feel free to send this to an Executive/s you know wants to turn this around. Stop losses, improve leadership and want a healthy culture. The losses are millions when just 1 good employee leaves.

I can onboard 3 companies from May. Staff minimum staff of 20 unless there imdividul and team coaching are all that is needed.

It starts with a 30-45min virtual session with EXCO and head of HR. Accountability for turning turnaround lies with EXCO.
A topdown approach. Buy-in there and the rest is easy.

It will also support AI integration as 70% still battles with it and if research across 140 countries by Gallup found that 50% of employees do not know what is expected from them... How will those managers help them to prompt AI correctly🤔

👌🏼 What you need… is to understand what has changed between you.

Those of you here who knows me well, will know that I work in organisations,but my other "calling" started in 2012 when an executive asked me if I can coach him and his wife. I have been divorced since 2011😳 Single mom in her own small business enterprise. You can imagine🤔. He knew that and asked me to think about it and let him know. They both had executive positions with 2 children. I worked for a few Multi-nationals companies and climbed the corporate ladder over 12 years. I built a division at Roche Pharma. I can relate. I know what it takes to provide, be responsible for children and various unique challenges couples have which leaves little time to also connect.

I learned so much about couple challenges and how to support them over the years, added more to the program as I learnt more from them too, working so hard to get their vision. Every week I see them getting closer. It is such a privileged position.. I know that I need and want to help as many couples as I can.

I developed a unique couples coaching program which is one of my programs I offer in my business Human Mirror Coaching & Consultancy (Human Mirror Consulting®️) and ever since the 1st couple, more came through referrals. Since 2012, I am proud to say that I have had a 100% success rate. I only coach couples who are both committed and not in abusive relationships.

I was taught when something sounds to be true, it is. No, not this one.

He was leading AUTORITATIVE STYLE👍🏼, Democratic with those he picked with more skills to be utilized and tapped into her MBA too, he also coached the interns and pulled them in when he has prepared them to share their observations. Made and still make them feel appreciated and on the right track. There are vary good styles, but in most, go and out to your natural style and only use Coercive, pace-setting, coaching, democratic alsi ideal for those more skilled and so needed.....
