What's your opinion with regards to relationships/marriages ? Are they still relevant ?
This is my opinion
Well relationships are still relevant but things have turned around from the Olden way ,the purpose of a relationship drifted from happiness ,care and love ...it is much môre of financial benefits , social status so on and so fourth ...of which i am not to judge because we living in a 22nd century and people's needs and wants have changed from what was percevied to be ....I can say the ultimate goal of having a relationship is to create a partnership , commit and see if you can never make it official ....but lately , commitment is About what you have , what you bringing to the table unlike the virtue of love ,care and respect ....we slowly getting toxic , but at the end we will adjust to our toxic world because we creating it ourselves , i can define it toxic but it could be relative ,as one can percieve it as a way of life ...but the demand for resources always plays a major role in a shift of societies , other commodities gets to be irrelevant as we adjust to the current life style ....on the other hand i have noticed that môre resourceful people who have attained their wealth are most likely to be in relationships for good purposes ...but mostly are subjected to social status as well ,what will be my parents or rather my families reaction if i bring hunger to the table....it's just a battle ,on the other hand the most educated ones feels like relationships and marriages are over rated because they can actually provide essentials for themselves even technology has advanced things ,one doesn't need to be intimate with the other in order to make a child , you can have children in different ways....so well the significant role of a relationship drifted ,to move along with times ....that's what i think, none the less i still want to get married for my own personal and percieved as good reasons ...love , happiness and care /partnership i can never indulge in something that courses harm to my being because i will never operate well as a human ...I will rather stick to the little that i have ,make a means to grow it big for as much as I am happy.Unfortunately lately relationships are influenced by what we see on TV n social media, therefore inasmuch as one want to keep doing things in a cultural way, one must change that to fit in on the world of those in the public space. I guess they are slowly losing their meanings however still relevant....
