Conversion rate, oftewel, omskakelingskoers verwys na die persentasie aanlyn verbruikers wat 'n gewenste aksie voltooi het. Hierdie "aksie" is gewoonlik gebaseer op jou advertensie se CTA (call-to-action) en of die potensiële kliënt wel gedoen het waarvoor jy gevra het.

Dit is die sogenaamde "ja-jy-het-my-oortuig-koers” 📈✔️
