I used to think confidence was a switch you could flip 💡
I thought one day I would just "wake up" feeling brave 🦸‍♀️
But I realized that isn't how it works ❌
Every time I take a small step forward—even when I was scared, even when I was unsure—it took me closer towards building my confidence 🚶‍♀️➡️💪

So remember, the more you do, the more you realize you can survive the outcome—good or bad 🎢

When I started my journey in private practice, I saw myself losing my confidence bit by bit until I didn’t recognize who I was 😔💔
Not because I didn’t have the skills🧠, but because I was scared😰
I was scared of failing because I didn’t trust myself enough 🥺
Building back my confidence has been a journey — one that I am working on every single day 🌱 💪
As I grow in this space 🌻, I am learning every day to trust the vision 👀 ✨ and show up for myself first 🪞🙌💚
And I’m reminding myself that I don't have to be perfect🌿
