AM/PM Consulting (Pty) Ltd services-base are under the following departments:
• Project Management (both in establishment of the service and as practitioners).
• Business Plan documentation (any business type) – basic templates, research of business-specific requirements and preparation of the business-specific Business Plan, including Management Accounting (Pro-Rata) Financials. Future service: to provide Management Consulting in executing the business-specific Business Plan, including ongoing Operations (Coaching and Mentoring). Fulfillment
As the business has been recently registered, some of the services are being offered on an informal basis. AM/PM Consulting is busy growing capacity by networking with specialists and consultants, especially in the Business Management and Project Management departments.
