For those of us working in Transformation & DEIB across the African continent, there is a common wish: a clearcut business case, laid out the way our FDs, MDs and CEOs require.

This is exactly the reason we're inviting your participation in the DEI Africa Report research journey.

Register as a research contributor and submit the demographic data about your board and ExCo so that we can work towards building this business case by first seeking to answer the question about whether diversity is good for business.

It's perfectly okay if you're still only starting out or even just about to start your transformation journey as an organisation — there is no judgement here. We'd simply appreciate your help putting together a clear and accurate reflection of the current DEI landscape across Africa's economy.
