Emergency Call-Out – Norkem Park

This recently sold property presented an unexpected problem — several locks were locked, but there were no keys available.

The Dauntless team was called in to regain access and get things sorted for the property.

A secure perimeter is only as strong as its weakest point.

For this project, we identified two areas that needed attention. Some of the property’s existing palisades were loose and pulling away from the wall, while another section of wall had no palisade protection at all.

Our team:
✔️ Repaired and secured the existing loose palisades
✔️ Reinforced the affected sections
✔️ Installed brand-new palisade fencing along the unprotected wall
✔️ Strengthened the overall perimeter

Weekend Emergency Call-Out

Over the weekend, Dauntless Security Solutions received an emergency call after a bakkie crashed through an estate wall, causing significant damage and bringing down an entire section of the electric fence.

With the damaged section leaving the estate’s perimeter vulnerable, our team responded on Sunday to carry out the necessary repairs and get the electric fence operational again.

The job isn’t finished yet.

Once the damaged wall has been rebuilt, the Dauntless team will return to reposition the electric fence posts correctly and restore the system to its original, compliant installation.

When a security perimeter is compromised, getting protection restored as quickly as possible matters.

This system needed a few corrections, so our team got to work.

We added a dedicated power supply for the maglock, strengthened the bracket with chemical anchor bolts, and reset the limits to correct the installation.

It’s the small details behind the scenes that help make a security system reliable.

A little rust can quickly turn into major damage if it’s left untreated.

For this driveway gate, one section had rusted completely through, so our team cut out the damaged steel and welded in a brand new section before restoring the entire gate.

This project included:
✔️ Replacing the rusted steel
✔️ Sanding the gates
✔️ Applying red oxide primer
✔️ Repainting for a durable, professional finish
