Are you reliable, passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, and able to thrive under pressure? Thetha Connect is looking for dedicated Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team!

📋 What You'll Do:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls under pressure
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Use customer systems and CRM software to required standards
• Route calls correctly and provide precise information to clients

✅ Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication in English (a second language is an advantage)
• Typing skills are essential Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer and CRM systems
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Solid experience as a Customer Service Advisor / previous call center experience
• High stress tolerance and quick adaptability to change
• (Medical knowledge is a plus, but not required)
