Applicants must have extensive construction management experience within EPCM mining environments and strong knowledge of mining construction, project controls, SHEQ compliance and contract management.

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
・National Diploma or Degree in Engineering
・Minimum 10 years' construction management experience within EPCM mining environments
・Strong knowledge of mining construction methods
・Experience with shafts, bulk materials handling and geotechnical applications
・Proficiency in MS Projects
・Proficiency in Primavera P6
・Strong professional reporting skills using Microsoft Word
・Strong knowledge of SHEQ and regulatory compliance environments
・PMP qualification preferred
・GCC Mines & Works advantageous

・Manage construction activities to achieve project scope, schedule and quality requirements

・Maintain accurate daily construction records
・Implement and enforce project quality requirements
・Identify construction risks and implement mitigation measures
・Coordinate interfaces between engineers, designers, contractors and project teams
・Ensure construction work remains within approved scope and contract requirements
・Support change management and scope control processes
