・Handle payroll matters for employees within areas of responsibility
・Prepare daily labour reports and any other reports required by site management
・Process leave onto the payroll system
・Accurately capture entries based on back-up documentation
・Ensure the accuracy of back-up documentation submitted to payroll
・Compile overtime requisitions and verify overtime hours worked
・Assist with payroll queries from employees or site management
・Update leave rosters monthly
・Update employee personal information on the HR system
・Ensure payroll clerk duties are covered for each shift where required
・Submit daily AWOP reports
