We're looking for a team leader who can lead a group of insurance Candidates
Team leader should be well experienced with references or certificate showing excellence or achievements in insurance.
The team you will lead is well structured your duties will include: 1. Making sure the team is well trained in sales, & product knowledge
2. Motivated and understand the industry
3. Ethical and compliant
4. ACHIEVE SET TARGETS
5. And are at set and selected working areas.
6. Ensure their safety in working environment.
Qualifications: EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING INSURANCE CANDIDATES/ REPRESENTATIVES.
2. MATRIC OR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
3. RE 1 OR RE 5 added advantage
