The year is moving forward apace, and as a globe, we find our values tested.

It's a trying and illuminating time.

We are not powerless. In our respective spheres of influence, we can show up and do the best we can, to the best of our ability. One moment, one day, one step at a time...

As Brene Brown notes: we have to live our values and not merely profess them.

The TD | Practice is open. I'm available to offer clinical supervision to clinicians who need ongoing support to make sense of the heavy clinical material we're having to contain. The TD | Practice continues to offer psychological support to individuals, couples, families and organisations.

There's no valour in struggling alone, ad nauseum - you waste precious time which you can't get back. There's value and utility in getting support, so you can get on with your life. Other times, you just need a safe space to untangle things in your psyche.
