Meet Dr Kombi Sausi - non-executive director of triple-P and head of our research and development.

Kombi is a research specialist with more than 15 years of experience supported by a PhD from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. His work in research and policy development is achieved with a view to practical implementation - the bedrock of triple-P's work.

"The balance between people and planet means looking at practical solutions to address local challenges as a way to ensure societal well-being and sustainable development," says Dr Kombi.

Meet Ntswaki Ditlhale, a founding board member at triple-P and a passionate advocate for the environment and marginalised communities.

Ntswaki is an environmentalist with on-ground experience in the environmental and civic-ecology fields that spans over 18 years. Her passion for ensuring ecosystems can be managed by local communities in a way that ensures sustainable livelihoods led to the co-establishment of triple-P.

As managing director and a board member, Ntswaki is a skilled communicator, problem-solver, and innovator known for her hands-on approach.

"My goal is to promote dignity and autonomy among the marginalised communities of South Africa while fostering an appreciation for the natural environment, and every project we bring to life takes us one step closer to achieving it," she said.
