💰 R269 600.90 per year (R22 466.74 per month)

Employees earning ABOVE this amount are excluded from certain BCEA protections, including overtime, working hours, Sunday pay, night work, and public holidays.

Employees earning BELOW this amount keep full BCEA protection.
