The Virtual Airshow Community, we're only one small part of this world wide phenomenon, a lot of people think we do what we do is in isolation, but the reality of it is there are incredible teams all over the globe.

In light of that, we're going to be introducing some of other teams we share our skies with, and since the Snowbirds have been in the news a lot lately, lets start there.

We are proud to introduce to you, the Virtual Snowbirds.

A Team of mainly Canadian pilots, they are the pinnacle of "doing things right" in the Virtual Airshow circuit. And guess what, they're looking to fill a few more positions in their team.

Just Curious. We're thinking of streaming a couple of our training flights. Would anyone be interest in watching something like this, which would include the debriefing, seeing our mistakes live, and watching from our actual view while flying?

It's a bit of a pain to set up, but if there is enough interest, we can do it.

Thursday 28th Practice Flight.

Tonight we had almost the full compliment of VSF pilots during practice.

A quick update from our side.

With the merger of our old and new pages, we have unfortunately lost all our posts from the last two years. This of course, is frustrating.

We have also noticed, that fans who blocked our old hacked page, their block as carried through when we merged the two pages after gaining control again. So it would be great if you could spread the news that we are no longer hacked.

But we're going to take it on our chin and continue moving forward.

The AIR Tech have been working on our aircraft, with our Flight Lead, "LEX" Jardim, putting in extraordinary effort into the project - rebuilding a full inhouse flight model for future use.

Thanks to Milan Pavlovic (https://www.artstation.com/milanpavlovic) our new 316 Flight Helmets have been integrated into the aircraft model. Not yet refined, but already making a big difference.

Our Liveries have been refined, colours tuned, making our aircraft really pop in dynamic lighting.

The VSF and the Virtual Marksmen have our show dates lined up and we'll be posting what shows we'll be flying this year at a later stage.

In the meanwhile, go explore some local airshows happening around the country, the Marksmen Aerobatic Team are currently blowing people's minds in the African skies, and they are a display no one should ever miss.
