Day 2 of our Production & Quality Control Training in Cape Town

This week, QIRCS Technical Services is delivering our Production & Quality Control Training in person in Cape Town.

Yesterday, we completed Module 1: Production & Quality Fundamentals, covering:

• Production and Quality
• Requirements & Specifications
• Defects & Nonconformances
• Cost of Poor Quality

Delegates also worked through practical activities, applying these concepts to products, services and quality requirements within their own workplaces.

Today, we are on Module 2: Production Processes & Process Control, building on yesterday’s fundamentals and looking at how processes can be understood, monitored and controlled to achieve consistent quality outputs.

A good learning journey so far, with plenty more still to cover.

Quality starts with understanding the requirements, but consistency comes from controlling the process.

Quality problems don’t always wait for the perfect time.
