1. Awesome design would like to get the price and the house plan?
For any house plan you can just go to www.vhouseplans.com and type the plan number at the search bar, you will find the details of that plan including the price, you can then use your debit or credit card to buy after which you will get a link to download the full set of drawings.
2. Please send me the book of house plans. Book 3 is also for free, claim it +2783 231 1508?
The current book of house plans {book 3) pdfs 22 files in total and we email book to you immediately when you send us proof of payment, the soft copy costs $31.00, should you like a plan in the book and the buying price is discounted for $31.00 , meaning you virtually get book free of charge.
3. Where are you guys based?
We are based in witbank Mpumalanga, corner Nelson Mandela and Kruger streets, Old Absa building behind M&J Furnitures. Co-ordinates are 25°52'28.0"S 29°12'51.4"E, our Land line number is +2713 656 6337
4. I am not able to find what I want from your website, how can you help me?
We will advise you to buy our book 3, the pdfs are sent to you immediately. If you have an idea of what you want, send us as much information as possible so that we can make you a quote. If you can come pay us a visit, you are more than welcome. If you are not able to come to us, please note that all drawings must be paid for before we can email you pdfs.
5. How do I go about buying a drawing from your website?
You click the drawing you want to buy, then click buy. On the pay pal page select the second option which says “pay with my credit or debit card”. Fill in your information click review and continue and you are done.

7. If I need alterations or additions to any drawing I like?
Alterations are more expensive than the drawings as priced online and are charged at R350.00 per hour. However we are able to do them for you.

10. What do I get when I pay for a drawing.
When you pay for a drawing we email the set of detailed drawings to you plus all artist impressions, if you need hard copies please note that you will be required to pay for the printing and postage. Prints are R110.00 per A1 colour and R150.00 film print (black and white). Postage depends on your address. 11. Submission of drawings to municipalities.?
If you are based far from Witbank (Mpumalanga), we email you all the information you need to be able to submit your own drawings to municipalities, however if you are not very far we can do the submission for you. You need to send us your stand or plot SG diagram or survey diagrams. We need to do a site plan for you, that is just inserting the drawings you have bought into your stand for which we charge 3 hours of time per hour. We also charge at least another 3 hours of time to take your drawings to municipality and of course the printing costs as laid out in no 10 above.
