From the moment Senzirinah Sakala was called, my journey in the Big Five Pageants began. What followed was not merely a competition, but a path of becoming. I stood on that stage representing Chipata with a heart full of hope, carrying dreams that trembled yet refused to fall.
Last night, the grand finale arrived like the closing chapter of a long, honest book. By grace and through relentless effort, I made it into the Top 10. While I did not step into the Top 5, I walk away knowing this truth: I emptied my cup completely. Every rehearsal, every sacrifice, every silent prayer was a stitch in the fabric of this journey.
When I look back, I see no regrets. I showed up as fully as I could. I stretched where fear once lived. I trusted the process even when the outcome was uncertain. As the saying goes, “Bloom where you are planted.” I bloomed in effort, in growth, and in courage.
This journey was not gentle. It demanded resilience. It asked for discipline. It tested my belief in myself. There were moments when the road felt heavy and the destination far, but I kept walking. Not because it was easy, but because purpose kept whispering, “One more step.”
To my supporters, my fans, my sponsors, my family, and every soul who stood beside me, thank you. You were the wind behind my wings when my strength felt thin. You were the light when doubt tried to dim my vision. To those who prayed, voted, encouraged, checked in, and spoke my name with pride, you carried me further than you will ever know. “A journey shared is a burden halved.”
To everyone who followed closely, who celebrated my highs and held space for my quiet moments, please know this: I did not walk this path alone. I carried your love with me onto that stage.
