Conferencing
Africast has experience in conferencing, meetings, pre and post tours, destination management and incentive group itineraries. Opening and closing events, cultural nights, cocktail parties, workshops and seminars are examples of events we can arrange. We can manage gatherings of more than 4,000 during exhibitions, meetings and conferences. We offer a one stop shop for conferencing with the following advantages:

Conferences
For your conferencing events we can offer a selection of different venues and accommodation facilities to choose from together with the arrangement of all your equipment needs. For
accommodation, group discounts are often available and deposits and pre-payment clauses will apply to secure hotel accommodation. Rates are inclusive of breakfasts and other meals can be arranged. Pre and post travel tours
An array of day trips in Lusaka and extensions to Livingstone and game park are available for
conference delegates. Note that domestic flights are subject to availability and prior booking is
required. Charter flights are available. Destination management
Africast arranges a meet and greet facility at the Lusaka International airport that is personalised. It includes being met in the arrivals hall, assisted with the visa and immigration process, collection of
luggage and transport to accommodation. Africast will then arrange transport to and from conference events using timely shuttle buses. Incentive groups
This service is for incentive rewards or event travel. Africast caters for corporate or leisure groups
of 20 to 200 and can create a central theme resulting in an experience never to be forgotten. For example, Out of Africa, Three Countries in three days,”and “David meets Goliath, at the Victoria Falls. Locations are set in Zambia as well as in regional destinations like Zimbabwe, South Africa and Botswana. Exhibition support
Besides owning and managing our own exhibitions and events, Africast also provide expert
conference and exhibition advice, services and solutions at other multi sector exhibitions, like the Trade Fair, Agricultural Show and the Mining Show. Event consultation and management
Our project managers can take complete ownership and manage all of the risk for the production of your exhibition stand or conference, so that you can focus on what you want to achieve during the event and of course your ‘day job’. Through experience and established processes, the Africast team will ensure that all the i’s are dotted and all the t’s are crossed. We provide a single point of contact for you to place all your requests, have all your exhibition and conference questions answered and ultimately have all your visions and ideas developed into the event you envisaged in the first place. On your behalf, we will liaise with all design, workshop and graphic production studios, equipment suppliers and of course the exhibition or conference organisers if it is not our event. All our exhibition and promotional display are available for hire helping you make a lasting impression at your next public or private function. Usually, part of the package with our events includes promotional materials handed out to every exhibitor and visitor entering the conference or exhibition area. In addition to this we are able to supply events and corporates with lanyards, carrier bags, name tags, branded diaries, pens, gift and many more items. These can be branded if necessary. We can also manufacture custom made exhibition stands. Hiring

Whether you are a first time exhibitor testing the water or a major exhibitor who has more than one exhibition at the same time an exhibition hire service can come in handy. We hire out displays, furniture and exhibition booths for any kind of corporate event or trade show including folding displays, backdrops, lighting, promotional counters and many more impressive promotional kits. Installed in every stand are tables, chairs, a power point, and lighting on request. Vinyl branding can be applied on your equipment on request.
