LESS THAN FOUR DAYS TO GO BEFORE THE DE-REGISTRATION

PACRA last month on the 21st issued Notices of Intention to De-register Non - Compliant Companies and Intention to Suspend or Cancel Certificates for Non -Compliant Business Names.

The Non - Compliant entities have failed to file annual returns for two consecutive years.

The NOTICES were issued pursuant to The Companies Act No. 10 of 2017 and the Registration of Business names Act No. 16 of 2011.

All affected entities were given 30 days from the date of publication of the notices (21st February, 2025) to comply failure to which they will be de-registered or have their certificates suspended.
