A designated Chartered Accountant with CA Zambia Advisory Professional in Accountancy, an Associate Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Accredited CA Zambia Mentor in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Management Accounting and Strategic Business Analysis.

He is currently the Provincial Public Financial Management Officer for the USAID Local Impact Governance Project responsible for providing Technical Assistance in Fiscal Decentralization and Institutional Financial Systems Strengthening which includes the entire spectrum of Public Financial Management. His role involves building capacities of Local Authorities’ staff and institutional financial systems to promote accountability and transparency in resource mobilization, deployment of such resources and prudent utilization which should be responsive to the needs of the citizen’s service delivery.

Started his accounting career way back in June 2011 as a ZICA Technician student at the Zambia Center for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) later graduated with a ZICA Licentiate Certificate and joined a construction and trading company as a company Accountant whose role was to oversee the company’s finance department before later joining the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development as District Accountant then later on promoted to Group Accountant.

In 2019 he was listed as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by The Billions Magazine a Zimbabwean business magazine and attended several other open training and professional development conferences in Fiscal Decentralization, Public Financial Management, Financial Development and Inclusion, Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability.
