We manage projects for our partners. We believe that success in development responses lies in sound and effective management of development interventions. We possess vast knowledge and experience in analyses, implementation, resource management, and reporting. We provide the structure and project environment to implement development interventions that will produce the right products or services to meet the expectations of our partners.

1. Patricia Malasha: Principal Consultant
Patricia Malasha is the Social Development Specialist with over 27 years of work experience in gender and social inclusion, health, governance, human rights, social protection and in natural resource management providing technical leadership on social development . She has vast experience working at policy level and a practitioner, working closely with the government, traditional leaders, NGOs, and communities to provide technical expertise and capacity-building support, and collecting lessons learned and best practices. Patricia has supported implementation of projects by various organizations such as, Care International, GIZ, UN, Irish Aid, and the World Bank, USAID among others. Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in social science (Psychology) from the University of Zambia and a master’s in public policy and management from the University of London.
2. Chabu Christopher Kangale: Associate Consultant – Project Management
Chabu Kangale is a Project Management Specialist with over 26 years of programme management work experience in the Sub Sahara Africa in social development, public health, HIV, livelihoods and gender. Worked at senior management level (Country Director, Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, Programs Director), managing donor funded projects of over US$ 100 million for USAID, European Union, Irish Aid among other donors. Has extensive experience in providing multisectoral technical assistance to government institutions, NGOs, private sector and local communities in project design, strategic planning, programme review, results-based management, and learning, monitoring and evaluation. Holds a masters degree in development, a degree in Law, and certificates in strategic planning, project management, and USAID contracts management. Has led several consultancies on political economy analysis, strategic plan development; gender analysis, programme development, programme evaluations, communication, and has led various research studies in health and development.
3. Mando Chitondo: Associate Consultant - Research and Documentation
Mando Chitondo is a research and documentation Specialist with 10 years of work experience implementing research activities in water and environment management. She has good knowledge of research methodologies, monitoring and evaluation. She has worked in in environment, water and social sectors conducting research and assessments for various organization such as Government, UN, World Bank, GIZ and NGOs such as NIRAS, TNC, Natural Resource Stewardship programme. She holds Bachelor of Science in Agroforestry from the Copperbelt University and a Master of Science in Water Resource Management from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand .
4. Miyanda Kwambwa: Associate Consultant - Technical support
Miyanda Kwambwa is a development specialist with over 29 years of experience working in development cooperation across various technical areas in education, health, social protection, governance, gender, vocational skills and building the of capacity of organisation to deliver development support to vulnerable communities. She possesses strong skills in managing partnerships and grants, policy influencing and advocacy, project appraisals, management, and evaluation. Has experience working in development cooperation, with the UN and NGOs. She holds a Master of Science in Public Administration and Development from Birmingham University I the United Kingdom and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Schiller International University of the United Kingdom.
5. Nelly Nyirenda: Associate Consultant - Training and Mentorship
Nyirenda has over 20 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, social enterprise and leadership certified under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVETA) in Zambia. She is UNCTAD EMPRETECH master trainer, an entrepreneurship training program that focuses on developing entrepreneurial mind-sets and a certified trainer for the Scotland based Social Enterprise Academy, in social enterprise and practitioner led leadership. She has developed training packages in entrepreneurship, social enterprise and leadership and delivered training across different groups in southern Africa region and internationally. She is worked and provided training for various local and international NGOs such Care International, Gracia Machel Trust, Redeenkind, Built It International, Reformed Open Community Schools, Junior Achievement, Social Enterprise Academy, British Council, ILO, UN, GIZ, USAID and for the Private sector such as Stanbic Bank and ZESCO. She holds a master’s in business administration from the Eastern & Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and Maastricht School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Development studies from the University of Zambia.
