Tiaan Bazuin has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Namibian Stock Exchange since 2013, providing visionary leadership and driving the growth of Namibia’s capital markets.

A qualified Lawyer and Economist, Tiaan was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia in 2006 and brings extensive executive and management experience across banking, telecommunications, and capital markets.

Beyond his executive leadership, he has served on various boards, including as Chairman of the Employers Association of Namibia. He is also a co-author of the renowned Namibian Corporate Governance Code, “NamCode,” contributing significantly to the advancement of corporate governance standards in the region.
