When you are hardcore at work but the people at home don't fear you. 👀🙆‍♀️

This always makes me laugh because it says something interesting about leadership. You can walk into the office and everyone suddenly sits up straight.

“Good morning, boss.” 😭
But at home?
“Mummy, where are my socks?”
Authority: gone. 😂
And maybe that's actually the point.

Leadership is not about how intimidated people are when you enter a room. It is about how people behave when you are not in the room.

Do they respect you?
Do they trust your decisions?
Do they take responsibility?
Can they disagree with you without being punished?

Those are the things I'm learning to pay more attention to as I grow as a business owner.

Fear can get compliance.Respect builds commitment.

• Strong understanding of Zambian tax laws, with the ability to explain and accurately calculate taxes.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Invoicing, including invoice generation and compliance.

Hiring: Engineer Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist site engineers in daily construction supervision and management
- Carry out basic technical tasks such as geometric measurement, temperature monitoring, and data recording
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure smooth and controlled construction progress
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of construction data
- Support quality control and help improve site management efficiency
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

REQUIRMENTS：
Educations：
- Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Certified Qualifications by ZAQA.

Majors：
- Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / Related Technical Majors

Experiences：
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects (experience in Chinese companies is an advantage)

Knowledge：
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, measurement techniques, and site management.

Skills:
- Basic Chinese language skills are preferred
- Familiar with basic measurement tools and MS Office (Excel, Word)

Abilities：

Role description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join a dynamic organization in the Southern Province. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen and proven HR leadership experience within telecommunications, mining, banking, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and labour matters
- Oversee workforce planning and succession management
- Drive organizational design and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Code Act and other applicable labour laws

Minimum Requirements

Our client in the Mining/FMCG sector is looking for an experienced Procurement professional to lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts, drive cost savings, and oversee procurement processes within an ERP-driven environment.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or related field
✔️ 5–7 years’ procurement experience (Mining or FMCG preferred)
✔️ Strong supplier negotiation & contract management experience
✔️ Proven cost-saving track record
