*Job Responsibilities*
✅Preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets and reports

✅Assisting management with administrative and data-related tasks

*Qualifications & Requirements*
✅Diploma in any ICT-related field

✅Knowledge of formulas, tables, data entry, and report preparation is an added advantage

When HR Documentation Feels “Trivial” — Until It Isn’t!

In many organisations, HR documentation is often dismissed as bureaucratic or unnecessary.

“Can’t we just talk?”
“Why all the paperwork?”
