The best investment that I have come to appreciate in my farming journey is "friendship". Mr nayee (indian man) visited my farm and promised to help me with feed in case I fall short of feed. As u know layer production takes Abit of time to start giving u returns and it can stress you most especially if u ar new in this kind of business. Yes you can budget but there are times wen production delays and takes Abit more time than planned hence human investment comes in to give you that ka little push. We were lucky we managed to work within our budget without any external funds. Try farming today. Watch out for more encouragement on layer production. Argent Austin's Moonde the bird farmer.

The process that most new or old farmers are scared of is to grow pullets from day old to point of lay. It's an involving process but has more advantages than buying point of lay. Some of the advantages are; you know exactly what vaccines were given, you are sure about the feeding program that they wer subjected to, you don't require huge sums of money at once. Disadvantages; the process is involving, time duration for u to see an egg or to realize yo money is long, you need technical knowledge or u need a technician to handle some of the vaccines or operations. All in all, try farming today. Finally the long awaited egg has been seen.
