We need to re-orient the focus of the coming generation in terms of means of living. Our children have been disadvantaged by information asymetry and require guidance on possible opportunities (of course taking into account the difficulty times the world is facing currently). My interest in youths mainly stems from the fact that they have been 'cellphone raised' by busy people and there is a need for setting the right attitudes initially before anything else. It thus becomes impossible to be a good citizen, good employee, good employer or good parent without correct attitude. Already on the business front you will agree that staff no longer have the correct work attitude and some of the causes can be addressed by coaching, training, among other things.
