DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new services and products to the market.
2. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
3. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
4. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
5. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
6. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
7. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree or diploma in marketing or related field.
3.Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
6. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
7. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Wanted is a Receptionist at Ensure Security Services
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail or deliveries.
7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
8. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
9. Update calendars and schedule meetings.
10. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
11. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and emailing.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
1. Certificate in Secretariat and book keeping or relevant qualification.
2. Proven work experience as a Receptionist.

MARKETING AND SALES PERSON
An opportunity for a marketing and sales person has risen at Ensure Security Services at our office in Karoi.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop
new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services.
2. Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. 3.Provide insight for
openings to market and sell our products and services.
4. Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities.
5. Assist
in taking existing services into new markets, new services into existing markets
and or new services into new markets.
6. Manage and execute the brand image of the company.
7. Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing
materials including: websites,
advertising, and promotional programs.
8. Manage, and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall
business plan.
9. Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and
recommend actions based on status of individual customers or groups of
customers.
8. Organize and support sales and marketing reporting.
9. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
10. Report directly to the administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Ages between 25 and 30 years.
2. Diploma or Ceritificate in Marketing or equivalence.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
5. Experience is an added advantage.
6. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
8. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting writing.
9. The ability to understand and follow company procedures and policies.
10. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
11. Karoi based candidates have an added advantage.
