according to what they know , people are paid according to what they can translate from knowledge to practical.

Success is determined by information.The informed are always ahead of the uninformed.

The informed can mark the price before the uninformed.

When one is informed, they carry value and it is the value they carry that brings respect, and not age or gender.

It does not matter if you are young all you need is to be well informed.

People will respect you. You are called a COO, CEO or given a position according to the information and solutions that you can bring into an
organization.

I have preached and taught about this many time, NO INFORMATION NO VALUE.

Your depth is
determined
by the information you carry inside you. It is only champions, people who are informed and those that carry information inside them who are ranked the best in the
world.

If you want grow big you have to get more information. MORE INFORMATION MORE VALUE.
In my case, I try by all means to read 5-7 books a month so that I can be
more informed and increase my value.

I have got listeners who have to continuously listen to me.

They must see the value I have inside me. People can only follow a person who is informed. If you are a man of God and people are coming and going it is probably because you have nothing new to offer them.

If you are well equipped, people will always come under your wings to listen to you.

Information comes from others; it comes from impartation. Information also comes from reading books. What you read makes you informed.

Check right now on how informed you are. If you are surely involved you will see that your value increases.

Later on, I will teach on the commercial mind. You need to transform the information you have into money.

The informed are rich, carry value and hold powerful positions.

People can talk , speak or even preach but only few can connect. It is when you enable someone to think about you in your absence that will lead them to develop you in monetary terms .

If the art of connection is not in you it means you are going nowhere.

One might wonder what I mean when I speak as such, connecting refers to creating people constantly in your life who will always think about you.

Connecting means gaining favour wherever you go. Jesus Christ could connect with any man and people liked Him that is why His ministry is still in existence more than 2000 years after His death.
He is the most celebrated leader ever and has not lost His influence world over. His book is still being read across
races to date because He is the creator who had an art. He was 100% human hence he managed to connect with people and managed to influence people to think about Him even in His absence.

I have got a question for you, who are you connected to? Do you know that whoever you are connected to determines your pocket? If you are connected with people with less it also means that there is less in your pocket. There is no way you can be big financially,mentally or even socially yet your connection levels are low. To those that are speakers, preachers or CEO's it is very key that you connect with your people. In order for them to always subscribe and follow you there must be a connection.

To connect, you need to create time. For instance, I always teach that growth in every relationship is intentional.
You have to want it to grow. If you want to connect you have to invest time. It takes money, time and moments to connect.
It does not just come automatically.
You have to want to connect and strategize to connect as well as to position yourself to connect.

I a simple definition the author describes a an aura as a spirit around you .

Your aura may cause people to want to be around you or to run away from you .

In your way to success there is always need of a way it which you are likeable, if you not likeable forget about success because people will not be attracted to anyone who is not likeable ,hence there can't help you .

Those with good aura will always be received at all times and able to create followers which can then help them to have more money( commercial mindset - an art o f converting your numbers into money ).

Whenever you arrive at an event ask yourself these questions : Are people happy because of my presences or they are not happy ?Do there appreciate my presence or should i do something that makes them to appreciate me ?

If people are still treating you in an ordinary manner it means that your aura is not motovating at all .

This means that even if you are at an event , if you speak people will not lesson to you .
Are you a group leader check yourself and see if you can improve your aura so as to make an impact.

Therefore, work on your aura and if you do, I assure you that success is certain. You can't succeed if people do not like you. Work on your aura! You cannot go very far if the people around you don't listen to you. For it is the art of creating followers, I repeat, which then when transformed into money, produces success.

The level of your understanding determines your limits in life .If Jesus needed wisdom it also means wisdom is required for us to make it in life .
