LAUNCHING realife’s LAND RESTORATION AND REWILDING WORKING GROUP.

The goal of this working group is to promote learning and action amongst and across realife’s network of partners and associates. Working collaboratively the group envision positioning realife as a key actor in the landscape restoration and rewilding field, in Africa and beyond.

This vision is motivated by the mere fact that a lot of work is already being done to restore and rewild degraded landscapes, but the social and environmental impact of this work has remained anecdotal. Through our monitoring, evaluation and learning work, we intend to contribute to the building of a body of knowledge and evidence to make a case for more investment in landscape and rewilding work. Learning and action taking is central to our work!
