A Heat Stress Prevention Campaign was successfully conducted for employees working in LOT 2 and LOT 3, in collaboration with Ahalia Hospital.
The campaign aimed to enhance employee awareness of heat-related risks during the summer season and reinforce preventive measures to safeguard the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel working on site.
During the campaign, key topics covered included:
Identification and early recognition of heat stress symptoms.
The importance of maintaining adequate hydration throughout the workday.
Implementation of safe work practices to minimize heat-related risks.
Effective use of work-rest schedules and job rotation to reduce heat exposure.
To further support the initiative, Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) sachets were distributed to employees, and heat stress awareness posters were prominently displayed across work areas.
