Position: Female Household Manager
Location: Mushrif, Abu Dhabi — 90% + Outside Kitchen
Oversight: Dubai House — 10% remote management/training

Core Responsibilities
* Manage household & kitchen staff across 3 kitchens
* Overlook cleanliness of entire household & kitchens with regular inspections
* Track Dubai house operations and coordinate with Dubai manager to keep both homes aligned
* Overlook inside & outside maintenance and coordinate vendors/contractors
* Manage F&B operations: menus, inventory, events, food safety standards
* Hands-on with Notion system: update schedules, checklists, inventories, staff logs
* Training: Possible training of staff in Dubai house as needed

Note: Majority of admin/HR handled by admin staff + yourself. Payments handled by accountant.

Salary, Benefits & Employment Terms
* Competitive Salary Package plus:

* Annual paid leave as per UAE labor law
* Return flight tickets provided

Living Terms:
Live Out- Accommodation and Transportation Not provided
Live In- Shared accommodation with other Staff

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing large households/villas
* Strong staff leadership and training skills
* Comfortable using digital systems like Notion
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy
* Available to work in Mushrif, Abu Dhabi with occasional Dubai oversight

Early Years Nanny – 10 Month Old | Abu Dhabi (Live‑in own room and bathroom on own floor)

A VIP family in Abu Dhabi seeks a kind, proactive Early Years Nanny for their 10‑month‑old girl. This is a fully staffed household with a chef, housekeepers, and drivers.

Your Focus:
Support all key developmental stages: cognitive, fine & gross motor, communication, and social‑emotional growth
Plan age‑appropriate, hands‑on activities and play to hit milestones
Liaise daily with the family chef to promote a balanced, healthy weaning diet
Maintain daily logs and communicate progress with parents
Travel internationally with the family quite often.

Candidate:
CACHE/NVQ Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
Strong knowledge of 1-5 years developmental milestones
Fit, energetic, playful, and very hands‑on.
Professional, discreet, and proactive in a VIP environment
Valid passport (British/European for travel purposes) and willing to travel.

The Offer:

AED 22,000+ per month (depending on the experience)
