📍 Location: Ajman, UAE
An artisanal bakery and specialty coffee house based in Ajman, dedicated to producing handcrafted pastries, breads, and desserts using premium ingredients and classic techniques. Everything we serve is made from scratch, with quality at the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
* Ensure all products are made to the highest quality and presentation standards.
* Follow recipes while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
* Assist with new product development and seasonal menu creations.
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
* Manage ingredient preparation and stock efficiently.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker is a MUST.
* Talented graduates from a recognized pastry or culinary school are also encouraged to apply.
* Passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
* Candidates currently based in Ajman or willing to relocate are preferred.
