زارت سعادة الدكتورة فريدة عبدالله آل علي، وكيل الوزارة المساعد لقطاع تمكين المواهب الوطنية في الوزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، شركة أكوا باور، للاطلاع على تجربتها في استقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية وتطويرها، والاستماع إلى آرائها ومقترحاتها، ومناقشة احتياجاتها والتحديات التي تواجهها.
وتأتي هذه الزيارات في إطار حرص الوزارة على تعزيز الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، بما يدعم مستهدفات التوطين ويسهم في تطوير سوق العمل.

H.E. Dr. Farida Abdulla Al Ali, Assistant Undersecretary of National Human Resources Employment, MoHRE, visited ACWA Power to review the company’s experience in attracting and developing Emirati talent, listen to its views and proposals, and discuss its needs and the challenges it faces.
The visit comes as part of the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with the private sector, supporting Emiratisation objectives, and contributing to the continued development of the labour market.
