InterRegional for Strategic Analysis, a multi-tasking general consulting firm, founded on 20 January 2021 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, operates at several levels:
1- Interaction with “public sphere” activities in parts of the world that affect the region, with the aim of presenting a balanced vision of the situation in the Middle East and trends in key Arab countries in the region, especial
ly the Gulf countries.
2- Support for policy formation and decision-making processes in public and private institutions, both domestically and abroad, within the scope of rules governing companies that operate in free zones.
3- Expanding scientific cooperation with other think tanks and consulting firms in various parts of the world, within the framework of the general regulations and local laws of the countries in which they are located. The firm’s executive organization includes a board of advisors comprised of public figures inside and outside the country that supports the board of directors in identifying active trends, developing performance, growing resources, and building foreign relationships, in addition to the following:
1- A think tank that monitors and analyzes ongoing strategic, political, security, economic, technological, media, and cultural developments through scholarly activities, such as media monitors, political analyses, specialized periodicals, websites, hearings, and panel discussions.
2- Project management for implementing the firm’s contracts with public and private institutions, both at home and abroad, concerned with evaluating opportunities and risks related to ongoing developments throughout the world and how to handle them. This is done through projects that include research and assessment preparation, program implementation, and training activities.
3- A training institute comprised of various departments that offer advanced services for general and specialized training sessions, basic and advanced skill development, and capacity building at all levels, as well as internships in cooperation with the country’s major universities.
4- Representative offices that work to strengthen scientific and practical cooperation and the free exchange of ideas with scholarly actors in the main regions of the world. This is done through the exchange of visits, expertise, and joint activities, as well as Mir representation in their regions.

"إنترريجونال" للتحليلات الاستراتيجية، شركة استشارات عامة، متعددة المهام، تم تأسيسها في 20 يناير 2021، بأبو ظبي، دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، تعمل على عدة مستويات:
1- التفاعل مع أنشطة “المجال العام” في أقاليم العالم ذات التأثير على المنطقة، بهدف تقديم رؤية متوازنة حول واقع الشرق الأوسط، وتوجهات الدول العربية الرئيسية، خاصة الخليجية، “عبر الأقاليم”.
2- دعم عملية تشكيل السياسات وصنع القرار، في المؤسسات العامة والخاصة، داخل الدولة، وخارج الدولة، في إطار القواعد الحاكمة لعمل شركات المناطق الحرة.
3- توسيع التعاون العلمي مع مراكز التفكير وشركات الاستشارات المماثلة في مناطق العالم المختلفة، في إطار الضوابط العامة والقوانين المحلية للدول التي تتواجد فيها.
يتضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للشركة “مجلس مستشارين”، يضم شخصيات عامة من داخل وخارج الدولة، لدعم “مجلس الإدارة” في تحديد اتجاهات النشاط وتطوير الأداء وتنمية الموارد والعلاقات الخارجية، إضافة إلى ما يلي:
1- مركز دراسات، يعمل على متابعة وتحليل التطورات الجارية ذات الطابع الاستراتيجي، سياسيًا وأمنيًا واقتصاديًا وتكنولوجيًا وإعلاميًا وثقافيًا، من خلال نشاطات أكاديمية، كالمراصد الإعلامية، والتحليلات السياسية، والدوريات المتخصصة، والمواقع الإلكترونية، وجلسات الاستماع، وحلقات النقاش.
2- إدارة مشروعات، تقوم بتنفيذ تعاقدات الشركة مع المؤسسات العامة والخاصة داخل الدولة وخارجها، وتختص بتقييم الفرص والمخاطر المتعلقة بالتطورات الجارية في أقاليم العالم، وكيفية التفاعل معها، من خلال مشروعات، تتضمن إعداد الدراسات والتقديرات، وتنفيذ البرامج، وأنشطة التدريب.
3- معهد تدريب، يتضمن أقسامًا مختلفة تقدم خدمات متطورة، تتعلق بدورات تدريب عامة ومتخصصة، وتنمية مهارات أساسية ومتقدمة، وتأهيل كوادر على كافة المستويات، وكذلك Internships بالتعاون مع الجامعات الرئيسية في الدولة.
4- مكاتب تمثيل، تعمل على تدعيم التعاون العلمي والعملي وتبادل وجهات النظر مع الأطراف الأكاديمية الفاعلة في الأقاليم الرئيسية عبر العالم، من خلال تبادل الزيارات والخبرات والأنشطة المشتركة، وتمثيل Mir في أقاليمها.
