ALAS Emirates Ready Mix is building a modern ready mix factory in Madinat Zayed, equipped with advanced technology and a production capacity of 200 m³ of concrete per hour.
The new facility will further strengthen the ALAS network across the Western Region, bringing our total to 9 strategically located batching plants serving the area.
Together, we are supporting various projects across the Western Region—from critical infrastructure and oil & gas developments to projects contributing to the growth of local communities.

Another major raft casting successfully completed! This time, 7,500 m³ delivered continuously over 26 hours using seven pumps for the residential and commercial tower development on Abu Dhabi Corniche, with Qumra Transport and General Contracting as the main contractor.
With this latest pour, ALAS Emirates Ready Mix has delivered approximately 21,000 m³ of the project’s total requirement of more than 170,000 m³.
A coordinated effort across our Mina and Mafraq batching plants, logistics and site teams to deliver the required volume safely and efficiently.

ALAS Emirates Ready Mix successfully completed a 4,400 m³ raft casting for Rivage, a residential tower on Al Reem Island. The pour is part of the 18-month project being delivered for A&M International General Contracting.
Rivage by Deyaar is a premium 23-storey residential development located in the prestigious Shams area of Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. ALAS is proud to support the development as its ready-mix concrete supplier and looks forward to contributing to its next stages.

This weekend, ALAS Emirates Ready Mix completed its largest continuous raft pour so far this year – 7,000 m³ for the residential and commercial tower development on Abu Dhabi Corniche.
Our Zayed Port and Mafraq batching plants worked together to deliver the required volume, with six pumps placing the concrete continuously over 26 hours. The operation called for close coordination across our batching, logistics and site teams to keep the concrete flowing without interruption throughout the pour.
With Qumra Transport and General Contracting as the main contractor, the development comprises 40+ storey towers and will require more than 170,000 m³ of ready-mix concrete in total.
ALAS will continue supplying the development over the next 18 months, and we are pleased to be contributing to its delivery from the early stages.

Successful raft pours continue.
ALAS Emirates Ready Mix supplied 1,500 m³ of concrete from our Mafraq batching plant for the raft foundation of a major energy infrastructure project for Abu Dhabi Municipality.

ALAS Emirates Ready Mix successfully supplied the concrete for the raft foundation of the 132 kV Power Station Project in KIZAD.
A total of 1,500 m³ of concrete was supplied from our KIZAD batching plant, with the entire pour completed in just 10 hours, demonstrating our commitment to reliable service and operational excellence.

ALAS Emirates Ready Mix continues to support key infrastructure projects across the Western Region.
This weekend, we successfully supplied 900 m³ of C 60 high performance concrete for a new telecommunications and data facility at the Al Sila Border Post, an infrastructure project for e& UAE. The concrete was delivered from our Al Sila batching plant over a continuous 14-hour operation.
With six strategically located batching plants across the Western Region, ALAS is well positioned to support major developments across this vast region, contributing to the UAE's growth and industrial progress.

ALAS Emirates Ready Mix has successfully completed the first raft pour for a new residential and commercial tower development on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, with Qumra Transport and General Contracting as the main contractor.
The first 1,500 m³ of the raft's total requirement of 22,000 m³ was successfully delivered over 8 continuous hours. The development, comprising 40+ storey residential and commercial towers, will require more than 170,000 m³ of ready-mix concrete in total. Executing the pour in one of Abu Dhabi's busiest downtown locations required careful planning, seamless coordination, and precise logistics to ensure uninterrupted concrete delivery.
ALAS will continue contributing to this landmark project over the next 18 months, and we are proud to be part of it from the very beginning.
