ALAS Emirates Ready Mix continues to support the NMDC TA‘ZIZ Logistics Project, supplying concrete for one of the project’s key structural elements from our Hail and Ghasha Batching Plant in the Dhafra region.
The project includes 34 capping beams, with ALAS having already completed the concrete supply for 26 of them — approximately 30,000 m³ of ready-mix concrete.
With 8 beams remaining, deliveries continue smoothly and without delay, demonstrating the reliability and coordination behind every ALAS project.

The new Dubai branch of ALAS Emirates Ready Mix is taking shape.
During the summer months, construction at Dubai Industrial City has progressed significantly — and if you are driving through Dubai Industrial City, you can now see the batching plants and silos rising above the site.
Despite complications caused by the conflict in the region, the project has continued to move forward, with ALAS aiming to begin operations by the end of this year.

More than 90,000 m³ of concrete has already been supplied by ALAS Emirates Ready Mix for the Food Hub in KEZAD — the Middle East’s first and largest dedicated wholesale food trade and logistics hub, strategically located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
ALAS began supplying the project in June 2025 from our KIZAD plant, with approximately 95% now completed.
Now, with the same contractor, China Harbour, we have started supplying another major project in the area: the Auto Hub. Spanning 3.3 km², this dedicated automotive ecosystem is being developed as a companion to the Food Hub, with an estimated concrete requirement of around 150,000 m³ over approximately 18 months.
Two major developments. One strategic location. Another opportunity for ALAS to support the infrastructure shaping the UAE’s future.

Over the weekend, ALAS Emirates Ready Mix successfully completed the second raft casting for Rivage by Deyaar, a major residential development featuring towers of more than 25 floors in the Shams area of Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
The 3,500 m³ raft was completed in just 15 hours, using high-grade 60 MPa concrete with high-performance self-compacting properties. The high-strength concrete provides the required performance for the structure, while the specialised mix allows the concrete to flow and consolidate effectively around dense reinforcement.
Producing and delivering this type of concrete consistently throughout a large-scale continuous pour requires a qualified ready-mix supplier, specialised technology and experienced technical and operational teams. Another pour demonstrating ALAS’s technical and operational capability.
The project, being delivered by A&M International General Contracting, has a total concrete requirement of approximately 125,000 m³ and is expected to be completed over around 16 months.

ALAS Emirates Ready Mix has crossed a major milestone, delivering 1 million m³ of ready-mix concrete since the beginning of this year — reaching this volume three months earlier than in 2025.
Throughout the year, we have supported a wide range of projects — from prestigious residential developments to major oil & gas and infrastructure projects across the UAE. And the year is far from over.

6,500 m³ of concrete supplied over the weekend for the raft foundation of Mamsha Garden Residence, another premium residential project on Saadiyat Island.
The casting came with significant technical and logistical challenges — from complex site logistics and flowable concrete requirements to long pumping pipelines. At the same time, strict heat-of-hydration and temperature control was maintained, with high ice consumption to keep fresh concrete temperatures below 25°C during the hottest days in the region.
Delivering a pour of this scale is about more than concrete supply. It requires experience, technology, consistent performance and precise coordination across every stage — from production to placement.
