Job Summary
TalenDir is a leading general recruitment consultancy specializing in connecting top-tier talent with organizations across diverse industries in the Middle East and beyond. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This role is critical to expanding our client base and strengthening partnerships with businesses in sectors such as IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, hospitality, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in business development at a recruitment agency, fluency in English, and a deep understanding of the Saudi and UAE markets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target businesses across industries (e.g., technology, engineering, finance, hospitality, healthcare) in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events (virtual/in-person).
Convert prospects into clients by showcasing TalenDir’s recruitment solutions and value proposition.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR managers, hiring directors, and C-suite executives.
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for permanent, contract, or executive search services.
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs across sectors in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Collaborate with the CEO to refine strategies for penetrating new industries and tailoring pitches to diverse client demands.
Proposal Development:
Prepare customized proposals and service agreements for recruitment solutions (e.g., volume hiring, niche talent sourcing, executive search).
Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability.
Cross-Industry Collaboration:
Partner with TalenDir’s recruitment team to align client needs with talent pipelines across industries.
Provide feedback to improve service delivery and candidate quality for varied sectors.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Submit weekly progress reports to the CEO, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive at a general recruitment agency (not limited to healthcare).
Proven success in acquiring clients across multiple industries (e.g., IT, engineering, finance, hospitality).
Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
Expertise in CRM tools and digital prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Requirements:
Own a reliable laptop with high-speed internet (mandatory).
After 6 months of successful probation, TalenDir will provide a brand-new laptop.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New Client Acquisition: Secure 8–10 new clients per quarter across industries in Saudi Arabia/UAE.
Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals set by the CEO.
Client Retention: Maintain a 90% client retention rate post-acquisition.
Lead Conversion Rate: Convert 20% of qualified leads into paying clients.
Sector Diversity: Acquire clients in at least 3 different industries annually (e.g., tech, engineering, healthcare).
