Clover Speciality Cafe Sharjah looking for Head Barista, Barista, Waiter & Waitress candidates that can join in our team as soon as possible.
Required experience for Head Barista & Barista candidate mentioned as below:
Hands on experience in coffee making, latte art, manual brewing, v60, chemex, cold brew, frappe, smoothie & mocktails.

We are opening a new Japanese Pastry Speciality Cafe and we require a Japanese pastry specialized chef that is able to develop a full menu and train a team to work with him/her in the kitchen. The candidate MUST have enough expertise in the authentic & modern Japanese pastry.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

*Create menu items and develop recipes.

*Develop and determine food inventory needs.

*Manage the staffing of the kitchen.

*Manage and work closely with other cooks.

*Make sure the restaurant meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirement:-

*Degree in Culinary science or related certificate

*Minimum 6 years of cooking experience (Japanese Pastry)

*The Exceptional ability of kitchen management

* Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress

*Communication and leadership skills

*Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

We are having 3 new concept coffee shop based in Abu Dhabi and are currently looking for a head barista, baristas, waiter and steward positions with an excellent cafe operation as per their job titles.
