When your work culture stinks – think Qualitosis
qualitosis:

qwal·​i·​to·​sis| qwa-lə-ˈtō-səs

(n.) a condition that occurs when organizations experience a decline in service quality directly or indirectly as a result of a toxic work environment.

The word Qualitosis is derived form the latin qualitas [quality] and osis [diseased state].

What is Qualitosis?
An organisation has developed Qualitosis at the point where Service Quality begins to be impacted by a toxic work environment.

If you have ever been in a toxic work environment (TWE) you will know how it drains your motivation and crashes your performance levels.
