To avoid doubt and to reduce the risks associated with delays or variations, Contractors should be conscious of any pre-contractual obligations they enter into, particularly during the tender process such as, pre-estimated amounts, rights and liabilities as possible in, which may be inserted in the particular conditions of Contract.
