Remedial management consultancy was established in 2015. We have since, enabled our client organizations grow their value through sustainable strategic initiatives. We have also facilitated sale of organizations, thus enabling the founder shareholders en-cash the value created to their concerns. I now own the consultancy fully (100%) and have recently used the new scheme of the UAE , that does away with a mandatory requirement of a local agent. The concern is now a 'limited liability company' with a sole owner/shareholder. I am looking at a competent advisory or individual who would like to have a management consultancy here in Dubai. Inflation: possible scenario
The current inflationary trend globally, is predominantly accounted for by rising price of oil. With a conflict in East Europe and the restrictions placed on Russia, the prices have firmed to over USD 110/-. 'Controlled enhancement' of oil availability by the producers, is not helping in the easing of its price. The crippling burden on various economies due to this inflationary trend is causing a lot of pain. Just as nations worldwide, looked forward to a post pandemic period of economic revival, this war came as a rude hit.
The two warring parties have made the right sounds of a reconciliation and this has reflected in a softening of oil price. I guess, by next month multiple events may result a sharp decline of the prices. Iran's return to the global market, Libya's enhancement of production and a potential cease fire in Ukraine are events that may happen concurrently. The onset of summer may see a softening of demand for oil/gas in Europe. We may consequently see a softening of prices. USD 85 to USD 90 per barrel levels, is imminently possible!

Interesting anecdotes: TATA Steel
Some years back, I had the opportunity of visiting TATA Steel at Jamshedpur, in the Eastern state of India (Jharkhand). Post our meeting, my hosts invited me to visit a museum that housed articles and documents related to the formation of the organization, called 'Centre of excellence'. Amongst them I noted two interesting aspects:
1) The founder of the group, Sri Jamshedji TATA, never visited Jamshedpur, in his lifetime. He guided his son, who was based at the site, through detailed letters, periodically, in the successful establishment of the plant.
2) As the group grappled with its only 'worker unrest' in early '40s, Netaji Subash Chandra Bose ( who played a decisive role in India's freedom movement), took over the leadership of the workers' union, at the behest of Mahatma Gandhi (father of the nation) and successfully stabilized the situation. To this day, the plant has not had any 'down time' on account of such issues!
The group has established an institutionalized system of 'value creation' through a committed programme of 'all inclusive development' of the eco system that it operates in i.e. the nation. Its various philanthropic activities have provided enormous benefits to all.
