Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. To mark this day in collaboration with HSBC we organized the Panel discussion - The Bias Battle: Can technology help to avoid recruitment prejudices?

The panelists shared their personal experiences, explained why   is important for & and how we can ensure that both the data and its algorithm is fair during recruitment process.
