Position : Admin & Client Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
1- Coordinate company formation processes in various jurisdictions including DED, Freezones (Ajman, Ajman Media City, RAKEZ, MEYDAN, IFZA & DMCC), and visa procedures.
2- Delegate tasks to PROs (Public Relations Officers) on a daily basis, ensuring timely follow-up and updates to consultants.
3- Provide necessary documents to PROs on a daily basis and maintain organized client data.
4-Prepare service and referral agreements upon consultant requests.
Send email reminders to consultants regarding the renewal of Trade Licenses, Establishment Cards, Visas, and Labour renewals on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
1- Previous experience in administrative or client service roles preferred.
Familiarity with company formation procedures and visa processes is advantageous.
2- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
5- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
