Following our deep dive into past projects, we visited Caesars Palace Bluewaters hotel in Dubai.

TKI, in collaboration with the Engineering Office, worked on the interior concept creation of four restaurants throughout the property including Venus Ristorante and Bacchanal. It is interesting to see how the spaces, which were once just an idea conveyed through hyper realistic renderings, continue to be utilized since the project handover.

TKI recently completed a revamp of the menu for a Royal Emirati household, curating a selection of vibrant Mediterranean-inspired main courses.

The Client has a deep interest in nutrition, hence the ingredients and respective garnishes were carefully selected so that each dish would be light, balanced and irresistibly delicious.

In addition to menu development, TKI undertook the scopes of Food Tasting, Recipe Specification and Chef Training.
