We are hiring a “Lead Generation Specialist”
who can identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and email outreach.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by results capable of turning cold leads into warm prospects for our sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries and marketplaces.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email marketing, and social media.
• Maintain and update leads in CRM systems with proper tagging and notes.
• Craft personalized proposals and messages to initiate meaningful conversations.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule discovery calls for senior sales representatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize lead sourcing strategies.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or CRM tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketing is a strong plus.
Compensation
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Performance Bonus: Commission per closed project + quarterly incentives
Training Period: 25 days (paid)
Evaluation: Every 3 months based on lead quality and conversion performance
