That’s the secret to how I have built and continue to build my best life. In love, work, career, health and fitness, location - it doesn’t matter.

That’s what I’m teaching women in my academy coming up in January.

But some of the things damn near will kill you.

This is why sharing out stories is so important. Whatever hardship I went through or am going through I guarantee someone else is going through the same. I hope my resilience empowers someone else to get back up! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
