4 of 5 Caribbean CIPs (Saint Kitts / Antigua / Dominica / Grenada) Sign MoU on $200,000 Price Floor,
Discounts-Prevention, Closer Regulatory Integration and signed a memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting citizenship by investment (CBIP) programs starting implementation on 30/06/2024.
This is to reassure the international community that the four countries intend to commit to operating their citizenship programs through investment according to the instructions of the international community and the most important items:
* Increase the minimum threshold of its citizenship program to at least 200 thousand US dollars no later than June 30
* Exchange of information about applicants for the citizenship program
* Appointment or establishment of a competent regional authority to set standards for compliance with international requirements

چهار عضو از پنج عضو سی آی پی کارائیب تفاهم نامهای جدید را در مورد حداقل قیمت 200,000 دلاری، جهت جلوگیری از تخفیف بیشتر و همینطور یکپارچگی نظارتی نزدیکتر در 23 مارس 2024 امضا کردند.
نخست وزیران آنتیگوا و باربودا، دومینیکا، گرانادا و سنت کیتس و نویس این هفته تفاهم نامه گسترده ای را امضا کردند که طبق آن کشورها تا 30 ژوئن جنبه های مهم شهروندی خود را با برنامه های سرمایه گذاری ادغام می کنند.
این چهار کشور توافق کردهاند که یک مرجع ذیصلاح منطقهای مشترک برای «تعیین استانداردها مطابق با الزامات بینالمللی و بهترین شیوهها و تنظیم برنامهها» تا 30 ژوئن 2024 ایجاد کنند.
همچنین از این تاریخ به بعد، پروندههای ارجاعی با خزانهداری آمریکا جهت تحقیقات فردی مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت.
